The Intervention team is comprised of many caring and compassionate individuals here at Highland High School who support students in enhancing positive academic and social behavior outcomes for all students. This is achieved by using evidence based behavioral interventions using Positive Behaviors Interventions and Supports (PBIS) as a structured framework. Intervention implementation include: school wide practice (PLAID), mentorship, one-on-one, social skills groups, and other interventions that monitor student progress.
