Hello Lady Scots, Softball conditioning starts on Monday October 8 @ 2:45.

Make sure you are cleared in the Athletics office.  

Attention Wrestlers!!!  Conditioning practice starts this Monday, October 8th at 3:30 pm!!!!! We will be practicing Monday through Friday, from 3:30 to 5:30 pm.  We will be meeting outside of the wrestling room.  Bring running shoes, workout clothes and a PLAID-rific attitude!!! 

” Do you like to sing and dance, but don’t think you can sing? Well, FFA is putting on a school-wide Lip Sync Battle on October 23rd from 5:00pm to 7:30pm! Form groups or go solo, and audition to be a part of the lip sync battle. Auditions will be held on October 8th at lunch and after school in Mr. Thompson’s room 14B. Make sure to pick school-friendly songs and practice, practice, practice! FFA challenges ASB, faculty, sports groups, theatre, and YOU!””

School Lunch Lots2 Love NSLW is being celebrated in the cafeteria from October 15th-19th! The Food Service Webpage will be featuring USDA nutrition  information for high school students Food Tip- Every school lunch Features servings of fruits and veggies, whole grains, lean

protein and low fat dairy .

NHS is now accepting applications for this school year.  If you have a 3.5 GPA and are interested in joining NHS please stop by Mrs. Meng’s room in 6A and pick up an application.  Applications are due by 3:30 on Wednesday, October 10th.  Late applications will not be accepted. 

SENIORS it is time to fill out your diploma cards!  You will receive them in your ECON or GOVERNMENT class.  Please fill them out and turn them in ASAP! 

If you do not have a ECON or GOVERNMENT class, please see Mrs. McKernan (registrar) BEFORE SCHOOL, AFTER SCHOOL OR AT LUNCH ONLY!!!

Hey Scots! This month’s freshman spotlight goes to Steven Vinson and Mr. Moreno! Steven’s favorite color is blue, he plays golf and baseball and his hobby is reading. Mr. Moreno coaches football and softball, teaches math and intervention, and you can find him in room 7k. Come by the Athletics office and get your prize from Ms. Hernandez.

Scots En Accion's purpose is to enrich Hispanic culture and to provide opportunities to speak Spanish and learn more about the Hispanic world. Everyone is welcome to join! For more information you may contact Ms. Alatorre, Mr. Sanchez, or Mr. Juarez. Club Scots En Accion (Scots in action) will meet every Thursday during lunch in room 3D. See you there!
