Seniors! If you pre ordered your cap and gowns in February, come by the ASB office to receive them. You MUST have your ID!!!!!!
 
Seniors-We are getting close to the end of the year, and senior check out is right around the corner! Please make sure to get your debts cleared, turn in any text books you may have laying around from freshmen year, and all of you athletic uniform or equipment. You can no longer pay with checks, its cash ONLY. Remember the lines will get longer, the longer you wait!

Are you a Gamer?  Do you like E-sports?  Did you know colleges are starting to offer scholarships for top E-sport Players?  Wanna know more?  If you missed the ESports informational meeting come by 11D and talk with Mr. Raddatz! 

Special Announcement:  Did you know Highland is now offering a College Level Course in Computer Science Principles?  That’s right!  Advanced Placement CSP is for students who are interested in knowing more about technology, how computers work and programming.  If you are a Junior or Senior next year THIS IS THE COURSE FOR YOU!  Please see Mr. Raddatz in 11D for more information!

Hey there Scotsmen! Do you like cinnamon rolls? Well, you’re in luck the Robotics team, is preselling a box of 10 for $12, to preorder find a Robotics team member in 11C or Monday before school. You can also purchase one for $2.

Yearbook Distribution is this Thursday in the cafeteria afterschool.  Bring your ID card.  A limited number of yearbooks will be available for purchase $95, cash only, first come first serve.

Seniors! If you haven’t picked up your panorama picture, please pick it up this week in the Athletics Office.

Seniors: If you need an ID for Grad Night, you MUST order it in the library TODAY!

The LAST T-shirt sale of the year will be this Thursday during Lunch. T-shirts will be $2 and $3 dollars. Come get them before they’re gone.

  • FCA meeting this Thursday in 5K at lunch. All are welcome to join in fellowship, as we gather for worship. Don’t miss out.

 

Career Center News

  • New scholarship available- applicants must be at least one-quarter Hispanic/Latino and originally from or descended from inhabitants of at least one of the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Belize, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Spain, Uruguay, or Venezuela. Hispanic and Latino are ethnic categories, not racial categories, and Hispanic/Latino students may be of any race.  Deadline is June 30th. Come to 2A (Career Center) for application.

  • Seniors are you interested in furthering you education and attaining your career goal in Civil Engineering? if so please come by 2A and ask Mrs. Carter for the scholarship information.
  • Senior Girls, are you pursuing studies in either finance or political science as your major? If so, Mrs. Carter has a scholarship available, please come by 2A for more questions.

  • COLLEGE SHIRT WEDNESDAYS are back!  STUDENTS & STAFF - Wear your college gear every Wednesday in support Highland’s College Going Culture.  Stop by the Career Center and show off your gear and get a treat!

  • Students are not allowed to park at the staff parking lot by the administration building.  Students who park at the staff parking lot will be cited.
