Juniors and Seniors Prom is April 21st from 7:30-10:30 pm.  This year’s FLASH sale for Prom Bids will be on April 16th.  The price will be $50 per bid.  The regular price will be $60 per bid.  Join us in our Enchanted Garden at the Rio Bravo Country Club as we dance the night away.  This year’s theme is Tonight’s Dream…Tomorrow’s Memories.  Listen to the announcements for when bids go on sale next week.  Don’t miss out!  Bids are limited and sure to sell out!

  • Prom permission slips are now available in the Athletic Office.  If you are bringing a guest, they must be approved by the Dean – please plan accordingly!  All debts must be cleared (including uniforms) in order to purchase a bid!

Powder Puff tickets are being pre-sold for $3! You may pre-purchase your ticket for the April 13th game from any football player or in the Finance Office. Tickets will be $5 at the gate!

  • ALL Powder Puff cheer coaches and football coaches, must attend the mandatory coaches meeting TODAY during lunch in Coach Gutierrez’s room.

Are you the next Rubik’s Cube Champion? Test your skills at the KHSD Rubik’s Cube competition on May 8th from 5-8pm at Golden Valley High School. See your teachers for more details.

Calling all poets! April is National Poetry Month so get ready for our annual Open-Mic Poetry in the library. Stay tuned for details….

Juniors & Seniors: If you got an overdue notice from your English teacher, take care of your business! Turn in books at the Library, and pay fines at the Finance Office.

Attention Freshman: The Highland AVID program is currently accepting applications for the next year’s sophomore AVID class. If you didn’t get an application in your English class or you have questions about the application, please stop by 6D. Applications are due April 6th to 6D.

Seniors: Please pick up your panoramic pictures in the athletic office before school, during lunch or after school.

Seniors:  If you have not yet purchased your cap and gown, you must do so ASAP!  You may order online at HerffJones.com or go to their office at 4700 Easton Drive. They have extended their office hours from 1pm – 6pm.

  • Students are not allowed to park at the staff parking lot by the administration building.  Students who park at the staff parking lot will be cited.
