General ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Show your Highland Pride during VERSUS Week (9-11 to 9-15) by dressing up in your spirit wear.  

Wednesday - Tie Dye Vs. Camo: Stand out with bright tie dye or blend in with camouflage.

Thursday - Hero Vs. Villain: Each of us have one in us, be your inner hero/villain for a day.

Friday - Green Vs. Blue: Go all out and show your school spirit wearing solid blues or greens for the Highland Vs. East home game!

Attention all Lady Scots interested in women’s soccer.  This Friday, September 15, at lunch in 7I, we will have a meeting to discuss the upcoming tryouts.  So, grab your lunch and stop by.  See Coach Ferralli in 7I if you have any questions.

Attention actors and actresses! To be or not to be a part of one of Shakespeare’s most famous plays! Auditions for Highland’s fall play, “Romeo and Juliet,” will be held on Wednesday, September 13, after school in Mr. Thompson’s class, room 14-F. You can come prepared with a 20 to 30 second Shakespeare monologue, or there will be pieces to read at auditions! There are lots of roles, big and little! For any other information, please see Mr. Thompson in room 14-F!

Hey Scotsmen, the biggest game of the season is coming up- Highland vs East! Get ready to show your school spirit and participate in our versus week dress up days. Monday will be Mathletes vs Athletes. Were excited to see what you come up with! Let’s show some highland pride!

Attention juniors, sophomore and freshmen. It’s time to take the PSAT ( the Practice SAT). The cost is $16. You can purchase the test at the finance office beginning Monday, August 28. The final day to pay for the test is Friday, September 22. The test will be given on Wednesday, October 11. Juniors, please see your counselor prior to paying for the test.
