General ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Attention All 9th Graders!!!!  If you are interested in running for 9th grade class council, please come the Activities/Athletics Office in the 3 Building to get an application. We need a president, vice president, secretary, treasury, and publicity chair for your class!  Have a voice in what happens this school year! All applications are due by Friday, August 25th.  See Mrs. Barber-Smith with any questions.

Seniors – Jostens will be here at lunch on Thursday by the Finance Office taking orders.  Please bring order forms and money that day.  Additional packets are available in the Activities/Athletics Office.

Students: If you owe textbooks from last year, TURN THEM IN ASAP! We need them. Thanks!

If you are interested in volunteering at the concession stand this Thursday or Friday at the football game, please stop by the Activities/Athletics Office to sign up! First come first serve.

Seniors – If you missed the senior assembly on Friday, please come by the Activities/Athletics Office to pick up cap and gown order forms, a Jostens packet and senior picture information.

Seniors – Please remember you will be taking senior yearbook pictures this week! Tuesday is for govt/econ classes periods 1-3 and Wednesday is for govt/econ classes periods 5-7.   

Hey Scots! After School Tutoring Began Tuesday, August 22 at 3:30. It will be held in the library each week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  There is a bus at 5:30 to take you home, and you can even have dinner before you leave. See you there!!!

 

 

Club News

  • Do you want to be involved in your community? If so, come join the Red Cross Club. We will be having our first meeting tomorrow during lunch in 4P-D.

  • The Red Cross club is collecting letters, notes, and cards for veterans from all branches. Please take some time to write a letter of appreciation, some teachers are giving you time to write them. All letters, notes and cards are due September 1st. You can turn them in to your teacher if you do it during SSR or to Mrs. Martinez in 4P-D.
