Announcements:

• AP Students - it's down to the wire and time to make sure you don't miss out.  Payment for the AP exams are due on Friday.  You can make a $40 non-refundable deposit per test to reserve your spot if you are still on the fence as to whether to take the exam or not.  Once the office closes on Friday (and there's usually a long line) tests will cost an extra $40 for the late fee that the College Board charges. 

Club News:

• Make sure to donate to our participants' cans for Cut for the Cure! Our participants are Izaiah Ott, Jeremiah England, Mr. Valdez, Ali Matney, Evan Flores, Everett Treadwell, Daniel Louie, and Mr. Salum! Today is the last day to donate! The participant who raises the most money will cut their hair at the Pink-Out football game tonight before the game starts!"

• Hey Scots! Want to be part of a zombie short film shot right here at Highland? The Video Production class is looking for volunteers to play zombies! If you’re interested, stop by Mr. Zavala’s classroom (11D) during lunch and sign up to join the undead fun!

• Red cross has our socktober drive until October 31st. Make sure to donate all socks, used and new, to 14C! Any new, fuzzy women's socks will be donated to the Cancer Center!
