Announcements:
- Scots! Let’s congratulate Taylor Burrows for receiving a full academic scholarship to the very prestigious John Hopkins University. Great job Taylor! Our Scots family is so proud of you!
- Do you like to save money and are you going to formal? Bring 5 canned food items and/or non-perishable items to the Activities Office to get $5 off your formal ticket by December 17th! Only one coupon per student, only for HHS students and coupon valid until December 20th.
- Scots! Formal bids go on sale next Monday! If you are bringing a non-Highland guest, you must get a guest permission slip approved by the Dean’s office first! All students must have their debts cleared and a current HHS ID! Do you need an ID? Stop by the library to pick yours up or to retake your picture for a new one.
- If you plan on going to any wrestling tournaments, basketball or soccer games - be sure to get your ASB sticker in the Finance Office! This $25 sticker will get you into all Kern High sporting events for free and discounts on things such as Formal bids!

- Hey Scots! If you auditioned for Beetlejuice, make sure to check the cast list on Mr. Thompsons door and come and grab a script in room 8C! There will be an ALL CAST meeting this Thursday in the WAH after school! See you then!
- If you would like to sign up for the Boy’s Golf Team and have a chance to make the team for the 2025 season, please see Coach Smart in the P.E. office in the boy’s locker room to sign up.
