Announcements:

• We are starting a schoolwide reading challenge today that goes through to 12/13. Log your reading on beanstack to earn prizes.

• Attention all Scots!  Please remember that if you need to get a new ID card from the library, it can take up to FIVE days to get your card. Please plan accordingly since you will need your ID card to buy your winter formal tickets.

• Scots! Our second food sale of the year is this Thursday at lunch!  We will have Chic-Fil-A, acai bowls, nachos, chicken strips, lemonade and much, much more! See you then!

• Hey Seniors! Are you interested in a UC or CSU and need help with your applications. Cal-Soap will be here today and all next week to assist you. Stop by room 2A to sign up for the workshops or get more info. The deadline for CSU and UC applications is November 30, 2024. Next week will be the last opportunity to receive UC/CSU assistants on your applications before the deadline.

Club News:

• Hey Scots! It's showtime! Auditions for Highland's spring musical, Beetlejuice, are happening TODAY after school! Auditions will take place today, tomorrow, and Thursday. Dance auditions are today, singing auditions are tomorrow, and acting audition is Thursday! Please come every day! We are hoping for a huge turnout, so come on down to the WAH and try something fun and new! Stop by Mr. Thompson's room in 8C to get an information form that gives you access to the audition songs and other information you will need for auditions! See you then!

• If you would like to sign up for the Boy’s Golf Team and have a chance to make the team for the 2025 season, please see Coach Smart in the P.E. office in the boy’s locker room to sign up.

• Say cheese Scots!! The Photo club is having a meeting this Wednesday, Nov. 20^that lunch. We will be introducing our first photo theme. If you are interested in participating, please stop by!
