Announcements:
- Scots! Mandatory wrestling meeting today at 4:00pm in the wrestling room. Please do not be late.
- Seniors! We still have two boxes of cap and gowns that need to be picked up by you! Please come by the Activities Office before school, lunch or after school to pick up with your ID. Do not wait until the last minute!
- PLAIDtastic Scots! Your PLAID points do not roll over to the 24/25 school year! It's time to start spending. The LAST DAY to pick up your PLAID items in the Activities Office will be Tuesday MAY 28th, 2024.
- Seniors! Graduation is getting close! You should have received your clearance card in your Econ or Government class. Take care not to lose this; it will be required for you to participate in the commencement ceremony. Please work on returning Highland property like Chromebooks and chargers, uniforms, and books/textbooks and clearing all debt. If you still need your Chromebook and/or textbooks, don’t worry you still have some time to get them in, but the earlier you can get cleared the better. As you work to get your clearance card signed off, please remember you can only obtain these signatures before school, after school, or during lunch. You will be turned away if you come during class time. You will turn these in when you meet with your counselor on Friday, May 24th. For more information about events over the next few weeks, please check out the senior bulletin on the Highland website.
- Yearbooks are almost sold out. Only 10 books are left. Once they are gone, they are gone. Buy yours today online at Jostens.com.
- Attention Class of 2024. Friday is the last day to purchase your Senior Breakfast and Sunset Tickets. Fifteen dollars apiece or bundle them together for $25.00 in the Finance Office. Come and enjoy food and entertainment with your graduating class!
- Hello Scots! The Cross-Country program is having a pre-season meeting, Thursday, May 16th during lunch. If you are interested in Running Cross-Country this next school year, please come by Coach Dawson’s classroom, 2C (next to the athletics office) to get information on how to become a part of our team. You do not have to have any prior experience, and everyone gets to travel and compete!
