Announcements:
- Scots! If you didn't get a chance to buy an Honor Flight shirt last week, they are still available for purchase in the Finance Office. Get one before they sell out!
- Seniors! If you did not get your Josten's packet at the senior assembly last month, please come by the Activities/Athletics Office to pick one up. Jostens will be here next Tuesday at lunch taking orders and you will need your order form.
- Seniors - If you have not taken your free senior yearbook picture with Carlos Murillo Photography, please call them at 661-332-4170 to schedule an appointment ASAP. Only pictures taken by Carlos will be used in the yearbook.
- Junior Class Council - There will be a mandatory meeting on Thursday September 17thduring lunch in room 15A. Bring your lunch. We will be discussing homecoming and this year's activities. All council members are expected to attend.
- All sophomores and juniors - it's not too late to jumpstart your future by taking the PSAT. Go to the finance office today, tomorrow, or Wednesday to sign up. Cost is $18 or free if you are a qualifying junior. Space is limited so reserve yours today!
- Did you hear it? The thud, thud? That's right - the gavel has dropped, and the Mock Trial season is upon us! And it's a murder most foul. Come to the first Mock Trial meeting of the season this Thursday during lunch in room 4G. We will discuss the case, the try-out process, and the roles for this season. See you then!

- Hey there, Scots! Are you interested in learning more about aviation related careers such piloting and airplane maintenance? The HHS AVID program is pleased to announce that a representative from California Aeronautical University will be on campus next Monday, September 18 during periods 5 and 6 to help you learn about their different programs. Sign up today at the College and Career Center in the library. It's time to take flight!

- Hello Scots! The Spanish Honors Society will be having their first meeting of the year this Friday, September 15 in room 15C during lunch. You must be in your 3rd or 4th year of Spanish in order to attend. We will be taking nominations for this year’s executive board.
