- Swim: Today is the first day of swim practice! Today will have two parts, first the weight room then the pool. Change into workout clothes and meet at the weight room today at 4:05pm. A bus will take swimmers to BC leaving at 5:15pm. Please ensure you have a ride home from BC at 7pm. See you then!
