Hey Scots--especially SENIORS! Please return all your OLD textbooks (the ones from last year) & library books to the HHS Library. To find out what you owe, go to the HHS Library webpage (Links to an external site.) and click on What Do I Owe? (Links to an external site.) Come by the library any time to drop them off!
AP STUDENTS TAKING THE AT TEST - Remember to do the set-up on the device you are using to take a digital AP exam 1-3 days BEFORE the exam. If you have a school issued Chromebook AND are taking the exam at school, do the set-up and then bring that Chromebook to school to take the exam. If you are taking an AP exam at school and do NOT have a school-issued Chromebook, email Mrs. Procell immediately to make arrangements to do the set-up before the test. Good luck to all our AP test takers this year!
Class of 2021, we will be hosting our Senior Awards combined with our College Signing Ceremony on May 27th at 7:00 pm at Scotland Yard. We want to recognize our seniors and celebrate their accomplishments. If you have been selected for an award that is not associated with Highland (i.e. a college scholarship, a community award, etc.) please email Ms. Verde at [email protected].
If you have been accepted into a four-year college, community college, or the military, please complete this form so we can include you in the ceremony (you do not need to include a picture if you don't have one available).

2021 Graduation Speech
Attention all seniors:
Sign up to be the a speaker at your graduation. To sign up email [email protected] your name and uid.
Auditions: Thursday May 20th at 2:15pm in the WAH.
Sign up Deadline: TODAY-Wednesday May 19th by 3:30pm with Mrs. Turney (Administration office)
Parameters:
Students must sign up for auditions by Wednesday May 19th at 3:30 pm with Mrs. Turney in the administration office.
Speech tryouts will be held on Thursday May 20th at 2:15 pm
- Must be 2-2 ½ minutes in length
- Must follow KHSD and Highland High School policies and procedures.
- Must be original work or must cite if using non-original works or words.
- Must be positive in nature
Printed copies (4) should accompany student at tryouts.
Final electronic version must be approved and submitted by May 28th to [email protected], School Secretary
