From the cafeteria:  Dinner will be served Friday, there will be no snack.

Are you interested in student leadership? Do you want to help plan school activities? Do you want to learn how to plan and execute events?  Do you want to continue making Highland a great place??  ASB might be for you!  ASB applications will be available next week.  Class Council Applications will be available in April.  See Ms. Barber-Smith in 3A with questions.

Attention all upperclassmen, there are wanted flyers around the campus in search of Flynn Rider.  If seen bring him in on May 2, 2020 at our Prom located downtown at World Record Venue.  Good Luck and happy hunting.

Students that signed up for the ASVAB tomorrow 3/13/20 please be sure to report straight to the library 1st period. The test will start right at 8:30, if you are late you will not be able to test.

Seniors!!! Please be sure to stop by the college and career center to pick up a list of available scholarships. Deadlines are approaching fast. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to win free money to pay for college.

March is National Theatre in Our Schools Month.  Did you know that, according to research on theatre education, high school students engaged in theatre and creating theatrical productions gain an understanding of their voice as a tool for positive change in society. Need proof of this? Just look at the students from Stoneman Douglas High School who have spoken to senators, congress, and even the president. They’re nearly all active members of their school’s theatre program.  Want to learn more about how theatre empowers and raises self-confidence?  Want to learn more? Want to audition for the Advanced Drama class?  See Mr. Thompson in room 14-B and find out all the information you can on how you can be a part of the award-winning Highland Theatre Department.
