Reach higher levels of achievement in reading and math, score higher on standardized tests, have better concentration and memory, be more alert in class and maintain a healthy weight

Exciting News “We are starting a Share Table for Prepackaged unopened Food”. If you have a prepackaged food item from lunch you would not like to eat you may leave it at the share table. If you would like to take the item from the Share table you may take it. Let’s work together to prevent food waste.

Hey Super Scots! SATs don’t have to be scary! Kaplan is hosting FREE online SAT prep March 2nd through March 7th, all you have to do is sign up. This is a great opportunity to prepare for the June 1st SAT that will be held here at Highland. Don’t miss out! See your counselor for more details.

March is National Theatre in Our Schools Month.  Did you know that, according to research on theatre education, high school students engaged in theatre and creating theatrical productions gain an understanding of their voice as a tool for positive change in society. Need proof of this? Just look at the students from Stoneman Douglas High School who have spoken to senators, congress, and even the president. They’re nearly all active members of their school’s theatre program.  Want to learn more about how theatre empowers and raises self-confidence?  See Mr. Thompson in room 14-B, and find out how you can be a part of the award-winning Highland Theatre Department.

Wrestling awards banquet is at Rusty’s Pizza on Auburn Street this Thursday, March 7th at 6:00 pm
