Hey Scots let’s pack the Scotland Yard this Thursday!  Tickets for the game will be on sale in the finance office until Thursday at lunch.  Tickets are $8.00 & $6.00. Come out and support your Scotsmen football team!

Attention ALL volleyball players from the 2017 season … there is a mandatory meeting in Coach Gibson’s room during the first 10 minutes of lunch today. Important info on pictures and our program awards banquet that you don’t want to miss. See you at the beginning of lunch, in room 5K.

If you would like to volunteer in the concession stand for this Thursdays playoff game stop by the athletic office before school, during lunch or after school to sign up. Spots are limited so don’t delay.

Attention FALL ATHLETES: The scholar athlete awards are TODAY. Stop by the counseling area to see if your name is listed.  Athletes need to have a 3.5 or higher to receive a scholar athlete award. Congratulations on your achievement.

Seniors – Just a reminder that Herff Jones will be here on Monday, 11/13 during lunch taking cap and gown orders. Please be sure to get an order form next week!!

 
Attention all Highland students. Our annual Sadie Hawkins dance is coming up Nov. 16th. Tickets will be sold in the finance office starting Nov. 1st. Join us in dressing all white for the night. So bring your date and don’t be late!  Need a proposal poster? ASB can help! We take poster requests for minimal charge of either $3 or $5.  Please pay the Finance Office and then bring your receipt and poster request form to the ASB room in 14A! Best proposal gets two FREE tickets.

  • Seniors! The time has finally come. Yearbook is finally accepting baby pictures! If you would like your baby picture in the yearbook you can bring them to 3E or submit them through email to [email protected]

Club News
  • Hey Chess Club.  It is still not too late to go to the competitions.  The next completion is November 30th (that’s a Thursday).  If you’ve got game (or think you do) stop by 11D during LUNCH this week and pick up a Permission Slip.  If you already have a permission slip – TURN IT IN PLEASE!!  See you then!

  • Kindness club meets every Tuesday at lunch in room 5H with Mrs. Mawhirter, grab some lunch and bring your shine!

  • COLLEGE SHIRT WEDNESDAYS are back!  STUDENTS & STAFF - Wear your college gear every Wednesday in support Highland’s College Going Culture.  Stop by the Career Center and show off your gear and get a treat!
  • Seniors and Juniors who are interested in taking the ASVAB in November should sign up in the career center with Mrs. Carter in 2A.
