- Seniors! Some of you still need to order your cap and gown! Please go to Jostens.com or use the link on the HHS website. If you need help, please see Ms. Barber-Smith or your counselor.
- Seniors- Grad Night tickets will be on sale until March 22nd- which is approaching fast! Tickets are pre-order only and will NOT be sold in May!
- Who’s ready for Spring Fest next week?! We will be having a food sale Thursday and a rally on Friday. Also be sure to participate in the dress up days! Monday is - Dress As Your Younger Self!
- Scots- Join us next Wednesday in front of the WAH for Tape A Teacher. Buy a piece of tape or donate a hygiene item or gently used clothing item to tape your favorite teacher to the wall! All donated items will go to the Dream Center to assist our local unhoused youth.
- Need to make up a grade? Get your grades up before the 3rd quarter ends next week. Ask your teachers about Saturday School. If they are not hosting a class, you can still get a permission slip and come have a place to work or make up tests. See Ms. Magness in 5E, Robert Valdez in 14J, or Susan De Lateur in 15-A for more information
- Hi Scots, do you guys have siblings that attend Highland? Do you also want to be in the yearbook? Sibling pictures are being taken for the yearbook. If you would like to be in the yearbook, come to the library at the beginning of lunch on Thursday or Friday, March 7th or 8th, to have your picture taken.

- There are only 2 days left to see Coach Smart about boys golf tryouts. Friday is the last day these tryouts are open. Good luck.
- Good morning, Scots! It’s time for AVID’s college of the week. This week our school is Long Beach State…known informally as the 49ers. Fact 1: CSULB has an alumni family of over 389,000 and one of their main goals is to promote engagement within their communities. Fact 2: The college holds Super Sunday connecting to represent African American congregations throughout the Golden State. Fact 3: Long Beach also provides a clinical practice in healthcare for Nursing students.
