Announcements:
- Scots! Be sure to pick up a blood drive permission slip soon if you want to participate in the blood drive on 2/9. All students 16 years of age and older are eligible to donate! Permission slips are available in the Activities Office.
- Seniors! Jostens will be on campus NEXT Friday taking orders for cap and gowns during lunch. Be sure to stop by to place your order or you can order on-line at Jostens.com. Students are also eligible to "borrow" a cap and gown if needed. Talk with the rep next Friday.
- Seniors - Grad Night tickets are currently on sale. Permission slips are available in the Activities Office. Tickets are $141 and include entrance into the park and transportation to and from the event. IF you want to ride the same bus with your friends - buy your tickets at the same time! There are no refunds and tickets are non-transferable.

- Good morning, Scots! It’s time for AVID’s college of the week. This week our school is CSU Monterrey Bay. Fact 1: 43% of the student body population are Latinos. Fact 2:CSUMB is just one mile away from the white sand beaches. Fact 3: Monterey City was the first capital of California when it was first ratified as a state in 1850.
