- Hey Scots! Let’s help support kerns unhoused youth. November 8th-17th . We are looking for donation of new or like new name brand adult size shoes and jackets, new hairbrushes and combs, New and unopened toiletries, and Teen friendly menstrual products to donate to the unhoused youth. You can drop off all donations in the activities and athletics office.

- Winter Guard Auditions - Become part of our award-winning winter color guard team! Auditions are Wednesday, November 15th from 5:30 - 8:30 PM and Thursday, November 16thfrom 4:10 - 5:30 PM in 8D (Band Room). Both days required. Bring water, athletic/dance attire. - Good morning, Scots! It’s time for AVID’s college of the week. This week our school is California State University Channel Islands. Fun Fact 1: California State University Channel Islands has a very diverse student population with 55% Hispanic, 25% Caucasian, and 7% Asian. Fun Fact 2: The University was recognized as a “Great College to Work For” by The Chronicle of Higher Education in 2010.
