  • THE FAST PASS IS BACK!!! Our next food sale is next week on Thursday 11/9. You can purchase a fast pass through your Student Vue account with just 5 of your PLAID Points! This fast pass must be picked up by 11/8. Passes will not be passed out or given the day of the food sale. If you have any questions or have difficulty purchasing your pass yourself, please see Mrs. Winans in the Activities Office at lunch time!"

 

  • If you participated in a Fall sport, please return your uniform and equipment as soon as possible. Missing items will be going on your debt screen soon. Thank you to the athletes who have already returned their uniforms! PLAID up!

 

  • Scots - Our next food sale of the year is next week!  See you then!

 

  • The Sadies Hawkins dance, hosted by the cheerleaders, is coming soon! Ladies - this is your chance to ask a guy to the dance! We will also be having a proposal contest so get your proposals ready!

  • A spot has opened up on the Lady Scots FS Soccer team! This is available for freshman and sophomores only. If you are interested in coming out, please attend practice Thursday 11/2 and Friday 11/3. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Winans in the Activities Office at lunch time

 

  • This is the last week to purchase a Video Production T-Shirt for $20. The design is Marvel Comic Theme. Go to the finance office before school, during lunch, or after school. Thank you for supporting the program!

 

  • Esports after school @4pm, come by 7H and look for Mr. Zavala. Games available are League of Legends, Rocket League, Overwatch 2, and Fortnite. Only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays

 

  • Good morning, Scots!  It’s time for AVID’s College of the Week. This week our school is California State University, Northridge. Fact 1: CSUN offers 19 NCAA Division I sports teams. Fact 2: The university was known as San Fernando Valley State College until 1969 when it was officially named California State University, Northridge. Fact 3: In 1994 the Northridge area was hit by a devastating 6.7-magnitude earthquake. Fortunately, the school had no fatalities but sustained over $400 million in damages to buildings and infrastructure.
