Do you have what it takes, to take home the coveted Milli-Vanilli trophy? Then grab your friends, club, team, or crew and show us what you’ve got. Signups will be held on November 3rd During Both Lunches in front of the WAH. You will need to know your song or songs and who is in your group.  Not that it is needed, but we will call you out right here right now ASB & Drama prepare to not win…

Hey Super Scots! Live theatre is back at Highland high school and you have the chance to see some this weekend! Opening tomorrow night and playing through Saturday, in the WAH is Godspell the musical! We Beseech Thee to join us and have a rockin good time! Doors open at 6:30 and show starts at 7pm! Tickets are $10 at the door! For more information see Mr. Thompson in the WAH!

 

Seniors!  Reminder that baby pictures are due this Friday November 5th.  Late pictures will not be in the yearbook.

 

The ROC & CTEC application opened November 1st. Sophomores and Juniors are you interested in attending a program at ROC or CTEC next school year? There will be a representative on campus Thursday during both lunches to help you with the application or answer any questions about the programs. Look for their booth outside the office during your lunch.

 

Football playoff tickets can be purchased at the link below.  Students – ASB stickers cannot be used for playoff games.  You must pre-purchase your ticket on the go fan website or app. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

Prices will be:

Adult (18-64) $8

Senior (65+) and students (5-18) $6 Students are asked to bring student ID.

Hey Esports Players!  Esports practice is IN SESSION.  It's STILL NOT TO LATE to prove your expertise and JOIN THE TEAMS!  League of Legends Practice is on Mondays until 4:30 pm and Overwatch is on Wednesdays until 5pm.  Play either or both.  Come to room 7H to learn more and get on a team!

 

Do you like playing games and doing arts and crafts? Join Pride Club TOMORROW, 11/4, after school in Ms. Cornford’s room 4P-D to play Jenga, Uno, and make bracelets. See ya there!”

 

Pride Club is having a guest speaker from The Center for Gender and Sexuality Diversity on TUESDAY, November 9th, after school. They will give information on resources for LGBTQ youth as well as a presentation on how identity can fit on a spectrum. All students are welcome!

 

Hello Scots, the Spanish Honors Society will be hosting their first meeting of the year. This meeting is for current members only.  If you were part of the Spanish Honors Society last year, we invite you to take part in this meeting. We will be discussing the executive board elections, community service, and fundraising ideas. The meeting will be on Thursday November 4 @ 3:30 pm. It will be held in 15F.
