- Calling all volleyball players! Interested in playing volleyball, meeting new people, and having some fun after school? Come check out our Co-Ed Volleyball Club this Friday after school in Ms. Bogner's Room 12B! All skill levels are welcome bring your friends and come ready to play!
- Happy Rally, week everyone! Tomorrow’s dress up day is Pop! Bring your 2016 vibes, sequin, and bright colors. Friday is class colors with freshmen wearing yellow, sophomores in red, juniors in black, and seniors in blue. We can't wait to see everyone at our first rally this Friday during 3rd period!
- Our Senior Class T-Shirts are officially on sale for $15! Stop by the Finance Office before school, during lunch, or after school to purchase yours. The price will increase after the presale ends, so order yours early! HOW TO ORDER: Go to the Finance Office and purchase your Senior Class T-Shirt. Save your receipt and bring your receipt to Mrs. Lindsey’s room (6D). You’ll choose your shirt style and provide your shirt size. We’ll make an announcement as soon as the shirts arrive and are ready for pickup! Don’t miss out on your Senior Class shirt!
- The HHS Mock Trial team is still looking for a few good competitors. Stop by room 4G for information and the audition paper. This is the last week to join so don't delay!
- Juniors - PSAT sign-ups are still happening until Sept 22nd. $10 at the finance office. This is the pre-test so you can take the real test in March. Go see your counselor with any questions!
- Seniors - you can take the SAT during school in October, but signups are happening now. $33 at the finance office by Sept 22nd. Free exams are available for weekend test dates - see Ms. Yubeta in the Career Center for information.
- AP students - those tests in May will be here before you know it! A couple of things to do right now. #1. Join your AP Classroom - talk to your AP teacher for the code #2. If you qualify for a reduced fee, you still need to turn in the lunch application. It is located on-line at the KHSD website under "Nutrition Services" or you can find a paper copy in the front office. There are lots of people who can assist you in this process if you have any questions - any counselor, Ms. Yubeta in the Career Center, or Mrs. Procell in 4G. But this needs to be done as soon as possible in order to meet the payment deadline of October 23rd.
- Hey Scots! Paws For a Cause is back! Come join us for our meeting this Thursday 9/17 in room 14C for club info and a free bag of chips.
- Scots! If you didn't get a chance to sign up for The Connection Project on Friday, don't worry, you can still sign up! Come by 4I or check out any of The Connection Project flyers on campus and scan the QR code. This is a great opportunity to meet new people on campus and create an awesome campus culture! The deadline to sign up for staff and students is September 23rd!
