Announcements:

• Attention Scot's, today's Link Crew's annual Soak-A-Senior in the Quad Area. Come out and soak your favorite leader - $1 for a cup, $3 for a small bucket, $10 for large bucket. We hope to see you out there at lunch today! 

• Red Cross Club is having a meeting this Friday in 14H at lunch. It’s not too late to donate clothing for homeless/struggling veterans in Kern County. Please bring your donations to Mrs. Martinez’ room.

• Do you have a 3.5 GPA or above? Would you like to wear an honor cord at graduation? If so, join the National Honor Society for our first meeting in Ms. Romanoff's room (5J) during lunch on Thursday, the 10th. We will discuss the application process and the upcoming induction ceremony. Don't miss out—see you Thursday at lunch in 5J!

• Homecoming shirts for Scotty’s Once Upon a Homecoming are on sale now through September 18! Find the purchase link in Parent Square or scan the QR code on the Activities Office door to order yours.

• Scots! The Connection Project is coming back to Highland September 20th and October 1st!  If you missed this experience last time, don't worry!  You can sign up to experience it this time.  What is The Connection Project?  It's a day of working with other Highland students and staff, breaking down walls and linking up with one another which in turn helps us build a stronger campus culture.  Want more information or want to sign up?  We will have a Connection Project pop up at lunch this Friday! Come by and see what it's all about and how you can make a difference.  

• Did you hear it?  The case has dropped.  The court is in session for the People v. Martz.  The Mock Trial season is beginning!  There will be an informational meeting at lunch on Thursday in room 4G.  Grab your food and stop by to learn more about the team that drops the gavel on all the others.

• Hey Scots! Club America will meet in room 2B during lunch on Wednesday. Bring your lunch and join us. All are welcome.
