- Are you ready to compete? Interested in esports? Come by 7A and pick up a permission slip! Our Fall Esports Season begins September 9th and will feature VALORANT and Fortnite. You’ll have the chance to compete against other high schools and battle it out to see who can claim the #1 spot! Think you have what it takes? Grab your permission slip, build your team, and ready up!
- Scots! Today is a great day to earn some PLAID points! Show up and show out and show some pride, leadership, attitude, integrity and determination! Ask your teachers if they've given out any PLAID points today.
- Scots, If you missed sign-ups for the Boys & Girls Club Career Readiness Program yesterday, no worries. There are still spots available so head over to room 3G to sign up. The deadline to participate in the program is quickly approaching.
- Students - Your safety is our top priority, so please be aware of the following if you attend the football game at Stockdale High School this week. No bags/backpacks will be allowed inside the stadium, and spectators will be expected to remain in the stands unless using the restroom or accessing the snack bar.
- Juniors - Mark your calendars! The PSAT will be offered at Highland on Tuesday, October 13th. The finance office will open for the $10 payment to register for this test after Labor Day. Talk to your counselors for more information about this test.
- Seniors - Highland is offering the SAT during school on Tuesday, October 20th. The $33 registration payment can be made at the finance office after Labor Day. This test has no free/reduced fee; however, the test on Saturday, November 7thdoes offer a free/reduced waiver. See Ms. Yubeta in the Career Center for more information.
- We’re excited to welcome all freshman boys and girls to join the Cross-Country program this season. If you’re ready to work hard and bring dedication, you belong here—no matter your experience level. Spots are open now and will close on Friday, September 4th. Have questions?
