Club News:
- Highland had its first chess tournament of the school year this past Saturday. For the JV section, Jorge Urrea placed 10th, Gabriel Cisneros placed 9th, Adrian Cornejo 8th, and Andrew Nielsen took 1st For the Varsity section, Brandon Yang placed 8thand Sebastien Hernandez placed 3rd overall. If you see them on campus, make sure to congratulate them for showing up and for their resilience! Shoutout to other Highland students for showing up and cheering!
- Boys Golf sign-ups are almost over. If you have any plans at all about signing up for boys golf this year, you must see Coach Smart before Dec 12th. If you don’t sign up before Dec 12th, you will have to wait until the 2027 season to sign up again.
- Hey Scots, if you are interested in coming out for the first swim season ever at Loch Ness, be sure to stop by room 4pi on Thursday, December 11thafter school for our preseason meeting. Bring a friend as well!
- GSA meeting TODAY in room 3E. We'll be discussing upcoming field trips, fundraising and community involvement!
- Senior class meeting TOMORROW in Ms. Hertzog's room, 6B at lunch. Come prepared to chat about Senior activities, shirt designs, etc.!

- Juniors/Junior Class Council -There will be a meeting at lunch in room 5B this Tuesday, December 9. We will be discussing assignments for the Prom. Class council members are required to attend.
