- Seniors! Make sure you are in the yearbook! Please come by room 4F to verify that your picture for the yearbook is correct and be entered for a chance to win some PLAID swag and a yearbook! Make sure to stop by before 12/19. After 12/19 we will be unable to make any changes.
- Attention All Scots! Our annual Ugly Sweater Day is coming soon! On Friday, December 12th, wear your ugliest holiday sweater to school! The 2ndperiod class and the department with the highest participation will win a sweet treat and the title of this year’s winner!
- Students, if you need a Prom Guest form, they are available in the Dean’s Office before school, during lunch and after school. Forms will not be given out during class time.
- Scots, need some more community service hours? KCSOS and CALM Zoo have launched a special "Stock the Shelves" Holiday Food Drive throughout the Holiday Lights Season. From now until Jan. 3, you can sign up for community service hours and volunteer. See Mrs. Rodriguez in the front office to sign up. Spots are filling up fast!
- Hi Scots! Monday December 8th at 6:30pm. We will be hosting our first home Boys Basketball Game vs. Mira Monte Lions! Join us as we “Put The Lions to Sleep”, wear comfy pjs, and bring a teddy bear in support of local children!

- Boys Golf sign-ups are almost over. If you have any plans at all about signing up for boys golf this year, you must see Coach Smart before Dec 12th. If you don’t sign up before Dec 12th, you will have to wait until the 2027 season to sign up again.
- Senior Class meeting Friday, December 5 in the LIBRARY at LUNCH! Meet to discuss Senior Business
- Good morning, Scots! It's the season of giving! The Highland Red Cross is hosting a toy and blanket drive from 12/1-12/12. If you'd like to donate unopened toys and unused blankets, come to Mrs.Martinez's room. It goes out to special victims unit of the police department. Help spread the warmth and give fuzzy warm feelings!
- On Tuesday, Dec 9thwe will be holding our first CAPK Food Drive event. We have partnered with Anthem and CAPK to bring fresh food to our community as part of our commitment to supporting families. This event will begin at 10am so please share with your families and friends. Food will be free of charge and available until supplies last.
