Announcements: 

• The AP Testing season is almost upon us!  If you are taking an AP exam this year, be sure to look at the testing room assignments that have been posted in your classrooms.  You are responsible for being in the correct room at the correct time with your student ID card.  If your test is scheduled at 8 am, be sure to show up at 7:45.  If you have a test scheduled for 12:00, you may leave class at 11:15 to go eat lunch and then report to your testing room.  If you have any questions, come and talk to Mrs. Procell in room 4G.  You got this!  Go Scots! 

• Seniors! If you need to get your regalia or cap decoration approved by the Dean’s office, please email a copy to Mrs. Verde no later than May 21st.  Be sure to include your name and UID number in the email. The Dean’s Office will not be accepting any request after May 21st. 

• Students, did you miss the BC deadline? Or need to apply still, or have not registered for BC courses yet? Bakersfield College will be offering an express enrollment event that will help you complete all necessary steps in one day happening on May 6th from 8AM-12PM in Room 2A. Bakersfield College will assist with applying, updating or activating accounts, if you have not already, or speak with an advisor directly and register for Spring/Fall 2025 courses! 

• Students - If you are attending the prom this Saturday at World Records, please remember to bring your CURRENT ID card.  Both the digital ID card from Student VUE/Synergy and the physical CURRENT ID card are accepted.  If you are bringing a guest, your guest must have an ID with their picture on it.  

• Seniors- Caps and gowns are available for pick up with your ID in the Activities Office before school, during lunch, or after school 

Club News:  

• Scots! Become part of our award-winning color guard or drumline. Workshop/auditions are May 12, 13, and 14 from 5:30 to 8:30 in the band room. No experience necessary, bring plenty of water, and wear all black attire for movement and dance.
