Hey Scots! Got romance? Celebrate Valentine’s Day by visiting the library to check out a book from our “love story” collection! We have something for everyone!

Attention. ATTENTION. IRON MAN is coming up in just 3 shorts weeks! Any senior or junior guys interested in playing in the Iron Man volleyball game need to show up during the first 10 minutes of lunch on Thursday to get important information. Let’s see who will win this year … Juniors or Seniors?? Don’t miss the sign-ups for the annual Iron Man game, this Thursday at lunch, in room 5K.   

News from the Cafeteria: NO SNACK ON FRIDAY.  Dinner will be served right after school Friday Feb. 14^th.  

ROC/CTEC representative will have a booth outside the office today during lunch. If you are thinking about attending next school year or have questions about what ROC or CTEC is stop by the booth during your lunch.

Shout out to all the 3^rd period classes that are a part of the February reading competition. And don’t forget, let your 3^rd period teacher know when you finish a book.  Give your teacher that verbal summary and make sure they record the title, so it counts toward the class total.  Just two more weeks left!  Keep reading!

In 2018, 17 year old Maame Biney made history by becoming the first African American woman to qualify for the US Olympic speed skating team for the winter games. Maame won her spot in the Olympics by beating out 3 former Olympians and placing first during the short track trials.  Which trails will you blaze?
